How well he/she responds to your phone calls, emails, and messages. If he/she does not respond in a timely manner in the beginning of the relationship, most likely it will be the same throughout the entire transaction.
Does he/she communicate with you they way you are comfortable with? With the technology we have today, your agent should be able to communicate via cell phone, fax, email, or text messaging.
Last of all, are you comfortable with the agent that you choose? This is not only about business and making money, but about making and building relationships as well.
